Full-color Custom Printed Signs

Foam Board, also known as foam core is an extremely lightweight material consisting of a foam panel sandwiched between posterboard material. Its light weight and rigidity make it ideal for printing large pieces or as backing material in framing.

We print directly on the sign material using the latest photo quality UV technology so your signs will look amazing. The most common thickness of foam core is 3/16" but 1/2" is also available. The 3/16" thick sheet sizes are available in lengths up to 120" and widths up to 60" (that's 10 feet by 5 feet!). The 1/2" thick sheet sizes are available up to 96" long by 48" wide. If you need these shipped, please keep your final product dimensions in mind, and the size restrictions shipping carriers have because there will be additional costs associated with oversized shipments.
