In-Stock Items
In-stock items usually ship the next business day using the shipping method chosen during checkout. When necessary, some items may ship directly from the manufacturer. You can rest assured that all items wil be packed securely to arrive at your door in good condition.
Custom Printed Items
Custom printing means every product requires special handling and consideration to make it perfect. There is no assembly line. We manufacture each item with care and precision. Items requiring custom printing require 4-5 working days for production before shipping.
After receiving your order, we will review your artwork for "printability." During that process, we will examine your file to make sure it follows the Artwork Guidelines and is ready to send to the printer. Artwork that is not ready to print may delay the production process and increase production time. If anything looks wrong, we will contact you to determine next steps; namely, do you want us to fix the artwork for a nominal fee, or would you rather fix it yourself.
Rush Charges
If you need your custom printed items quicker than the standard 4-5 working days, call us (877-793-7746) and we will do everything possibly to accommodate your request. Rush jobs may incur additional RUSH charges.
Shipping
Packages are generally shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer extra delivery options, such as required signature or additional insurance, an additional cost will be applied, so please call us (877-793-7746) to accommodate. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
