Full-color Custom Printed Signs

Unlike Foam Core and Gator Board, PVC panels are a solid plastic sheet. Stronger and more durable than the other options, PVC is ideal for outdoor signage because it is waterproof and withstands the harsh elements of mother nature. PVC sheets are also flexible and resist impact, which make them a great choice for graphics that will be handled often, like trade show signs that you intend to use more than once.

We print directly on the sign material using the latest photo quality UV technology so your signs will look amazing. The most common thickness of foam core is 3mm (1/8") but 6mm (1/4") and 12mm (1/2") thicknesses are also available. The 3mm and 6mm thick sheet sizes are available in lengths up to 120" and widths up to 60" (that's 10 feet by 5 feet!). The 12mm thick sheet sizes are available up to 96" long by 48" wide. If you need these shipped, please keep your final product dimensions in mind, and the size restrictions shipping carriers have because there will be additional costs associated with oversized shipments.
