An economical choice for printing on a rigid board, foam core offers a nice, flat surface without the weight of other options. Comprised of an expanded foam core covered on both sides with posterboard, it is a versatile product for tabletop and wall displays as well as quick modeling.
Pros:
- Lightweight
- Smooth printing surface on both sides
- Low cost for temporary signage
- Easy to cut and glue for models
Cons:
- Damages easily (protect those corners)
Artwork Guidelines
- Create artwork in CMYK Color Mode
- All Solid Coated Pantone colors should be called out in the art as spot colors
- Embed all images and support files
- Resolution must be at least 100-120 ppi
- All fonts must be converted to outlines
- Do not scale artboard
- Background color/images must bleed to the edge of artboard
- Do not use spot colors from template in your artwork as they will not print
- Standard Production Time(s): 4-5 Working Days. Jobs requiring a shorter production schedule will have added RUSH charges.
- ALL QUOTES are based on receiving "PRINT READY" artwork. A MINIMUM $45 ART CHARGE will be added for provided artwork that is NOT print ready or proportionate to final size.
